Example Definitions of "Base Rate"
Base Rate. Shall mean a per annum interest rate equal to the greater of (i) the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate, as it fluctuates from time to time, plus four percent (4%) or (ii) twelve percent (12%) per annum.
Base Rate. Means the commercial loan rate of interest announced publicly from time to time by Bank of America, N.A. (or any successor thereto) in Tampa, Florida as such bank's "reference rate" or "prime rate" as from time to time in effect.
Base Rate. Means Base Index plus two and one-quarter percent (2.25%).
Base Rate. Shall mean the one-month London InterBank Offering Rate ("LIBOR") as provided by the Bank on the repricing date.

Base Rate.
