Base Rent

Base Rent. $178,940 per annum, payable in advance in equal monthly installments of $14,911.67.

Base Rent. Base Rent. As defined in the form of Standard Lease attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Base Rent. References to "Base Rent" in the Original Lease shall be deemed to mean Base Rent for Floors 2-3 and Base Rent for Floors 4-6, as applicable.
