Base Rental. Base Rental. Shall have the meaning set forth in paragraph 4.
Base Rental. During the Lease Term shall be the amount so designated in the Lease Summary, as same may be adjusted pursuant to the terms of this Lease, together with all taxes (excise, sales, use or other) levied or assessed by any governmental entity on Base Rental, Additional Rent or any other sums payable by Tenant under this Lease.
