Example Definitions of "Base Salary Amount"
Base Salary Amount. The greater of (i) the Participant's base salary as determined on a monthly basis at the time of the Covered Termination multiplied by twelve (12), or (ii) the greatest amount of base salary received by the Participant in any consecutive twelve (12) month period that occurred within the thirty-six (36) month period immediately preceding the Covered Termination.
Base Salary Amount.
