Example Definitions of "Base Salary"
Base Salary. Executive's base rate of pay as of a specified date.
Base Salary. The Participant's annual rate of base salary in effect as of the Date of Termination, but, solely with respect to a Group I Participant, prior to any reduction to Base Salary that would qualify as a Good Reason termination event
Base Salary. The Executive's then current annual base salary in effect as of the Executive's Separation from Service (or, if the Executive's base salary was reduced during the two-year period following the Change in Control, the Executive's base salary as in effect immediately prior to the date of such reduction in base salary)
Base Salary. Shall mean the Employee's base compensation per annum as established by the Compensation Committee.

Base Salary does not include any expense reimbursements, relocation payments, incentive compensation or bonuses, amounts received as a result of equity awards, overtime or shift differential payments or similar one-time or unusual payments.
