Base Year Volume

Base Year Volume. Shall mean the quantity representing the aggregate actual sales of the applicable Designated Product by each Member (and its respective Affiliates) during calendar year 2000 unless modified in the manner set forth below, to the extent such Designated 2 Product was (i) produced and sold within the United States, (ii) produced within the United States and sold in Mexico or Canada, or (iii) produced in Mexico or Canada and exported into and sold in the United States.
