Basic Compensation. Means Salary and Benefits.
Basic Compensation. Means such compensation as set forth in the Employee Savings Plan, without regard to the Internal Revenue Code Section 401(a)(17) annual compensation limitation.
Basic Compensation. For a given Plan Year, Compensation not in excess of the applicable limit prescribed by Section 401(a)(17) of the Code for that Plan Year.
