Basic Documents

Basic Documents. Has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Note and Guarantee Agreement.

Basic Documents. Shall mean the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the Certificate of Trust, the Trust Agreement, the Purchase Agreement, the Insurance Agreement, the Indenture, and all other documents and certificates delivered in connection therewith.

Basic Documents. The definition of "Basic Documents" in Section 1.01 of the Trust Agreement shall be amended by adding the following language before "and any other Loan Documents as defined in the Loan and Security Agreement": "; the Bill of Sale and Assignment of Assets by and between the Trust and Medallion Funding dated as of December 19, 2006;"

Basic Documents. All of the oil, gas and other mineral leases and assignments of other interests which evidence the Properties and all contractually binding arrangements to which the Properties may be subject and which will be binding on the Properties or the Purchaser after the Closing (including without limitation, overriding royalty assignments, farmout and farmin agreements, option agreements, forced pooling orders, assignments of production payments, unit agreements, and joint operating agreements).

Basic Documents. Means, collectively, this Agreement and any and all other agreements or instruments executed and delivered in connection with this Agreement by the Company or the Purchaser, or any Subsidiary or Affiliate of any of them on even date herewith, or any amendments, supplements, continuations or modifications thereto.
