Basic Prospectus

Basic Prospectus. The prospectus referred to in paragraph 1(a) above contained in the Registration Statement at the Effective Date including any Preliminary Final Prospectus

Basic Prospectus. Shall mean the base prospectus referred to in Section 2(a) above contained in the Registration Statement at the Execution Time.

Basic Prospectus. The prospectus covering the Securities dated December 4, 2008, contained in the Registration Statement, in the form first used to confirm sales of the Securities (or in the form first made available to the Underwriters by the Company to meet requests of purchasers pursuant to Rule 173 under the Act)

Basic Prospectus. The final short form shelf prospectus as most recently amended, if applicable, filed with the Commission, in accordance with the Act.

Basic Prospectus. The prospectus referred to in paragraph 1(a) above contained in the Registration Statement at the Effective Date, including any documents incorporated by reference therein

Basic Prospectus. The prospectus referred to in the introductory paragraph above contained in the Registration Statement at the Effective Date including any Preliminary Final Prospectus.
