Basic Rent. 5(a)
Basic Rent. Shall mean, the sum of (i) any Principal Loan Payment that is then due and payable by the Lesser under the Credit Agreement, (ii) any Principal Holder Amount Payment that is then due and payable by the Lessor under the Trust Agreement, (iii) the Loan Basic Rent and (iv) the Lessor Basic Rent, calculated as of the applicable date on which Basic Rent is due.
Basic Rent. During the first Fixed Rental Period Basic Rent will be the sum of the following amounts: (a) For Area A, the sum of (i) $21.00 per square foot of rentable area of Area A, plus (ii) an amount determined by multiplying that portion of Tenant's Allowance (as defined in the Rider and Addendum) advanced by Landlord on account of Area A by 17% and dividing the product by the rentable area of Area A; (b) For Areas B and C, the sum of (i) $9.00 per square foot of the rentable area of...
