Batch. The specific characteristics and quantity of manufactured Glass Capsules as stated in Schedule 1.
Batch. A specific quantity of Bulk Drug Substance comprising a batch size mutually agreed upon in writing between HALOZYME and AVID, and that (a) is intended to have uniform character and quality within specified limits, and (b) is produced according to a single manufacturing order during the same cycle of manufacture.
