BAUXITE FUNDINGS. Means all US dollars advanced (or exchanged into Australian dollars and advanced) by KACC to KAAC during the period from July 1, 2004 3 through the QAL Closing related to payments of (a) bauxite invoices from third parties and (b) bauxite royalties paid strictly in accordance with past practices.
