BAYER PRODUCTS. Means the Advanced branded products owned, marketed or distributed by Advanced in the consumer home, lawn and garden category as of the date hereof, and all internally developed Advanced branded products introduced after the date hereof in the controls, fertilizers, pesticides, repellants, soils and soil amendments segment of the consumer home, lawn and garden category.
