Beauty Products. Any topical or transdermal Cannabis-containing or Cannabis-derived (including hemp-based) skin care or body care beauty products and packaging products and marketing materials related thereto, excluding any products subject to regulation as a drug, medicine, or controlled substance by the U.S. Food and Drug Association or any other relevant governmental authority, which may include but not be limited to the United States Department of Agriculture.
