Example Definitions of "Beginning Market Value"
Beginning Market Value. Means, for each of the Company and the Peer Companies for the Performance Period, the average of the closing price per share of the company's stock for the twenty (20) consecutive trading days beginning with and including the first day of the Performance Period (or, if the first day of the Performance Period is not a trading day, the immediately preceding trading day) as published in The Wall Street Journal or such other authoritative source as the Committee may determine.
