Beginning Price. The average per share closing price of a share or share equivalent on the applicable stock exchange for the period of 20 trading days immediately preceding the first day of the Performance Period.

View Variations
Beginning Price. The term "Beginning Price" means the average of the closing market prices of a company's common stock on the principal exchange on which such stock is traded for the ninety (90) calendar day period ending with the first day of the Measurement Period.
Beginning Price. Means, with respect to the Company's and any other Peer Group member's common stock, the average of the closing sale prices of a share of such common stock on the principal exchange on which such stock is traded for the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the first day of the of the Performance Period.
