Benchmark Index TSR

Benchmark Index TSR. Means the percentage increase or decrease (rounded to four decimal places) in (i) the Average Closing Index Value for the sixty (60) trading days ending with the last trading day of the applicable Performance Period over (b) the Average Closing Index Value for the sixty (60) trading days ending immediately prior to the Date of Grant.
