Example Definitions of "Benefit Continuation Period"
Benefit Continuation Period. Means the period beginning on the Date of Termination and ending on the last day of the month in which occurs the earlier of (i) the twenty four (24) month anniversary of the Date of Termination and (ii) the date on which you elect coverage for you and your covered dependents under substantially comparable benefit plans of a subsequent employer.
Benefit Continuation Period. Means the period beginning on the Date of Termination and ending on the last day of the month in which occurs the earlier of (i) the twenty four (24) thirty (30) month anniversary of the Date of Termination and (ii) the date on which you elect coverage for you and your covered dependents under substantially comparable benefit plans of a subsequent employer.

Benefit Continuation Period. Means (I) in the event of a termination due to Executive's death pursuant to Section 7(a)(i), a termination due to Executive's Disability pursuant to Section 7(a)(ii) or a termination by the Company without Cause other than during the Bracket Period pursuant to Section 7(a)(v), six (6) months and (II) in the event of a termination by the Company without Cause during the Bracket Period pursuant to Section 7(a)(iv), twelve (12) months.
