Benefit Determination Date

Benefit Determination Date. Shall mean any of the following: (1) the Executive's Normal Retirement Date; (2) the date the Executive incurs an Involuntary Termination prior to the Executive's Normal Retirement Date; (3) the date of the Executive's death; (4) the date the Executive incurs a Disability; or (5) the date of a Change in Control.
