Example Definitions of "Benefit Period"
Benefit Period. The period beginning on Employee's Termination Date and ending on the first to occur of (a) the second anniversary of the Commencement Date or (b) the first date on which Employee is employed by another employer and is eligible to participate in a health plan of Employee's new employer.
Benefit Period. The period beginning on Employee's Termination Date and ending on the first to occur of (a) the second 21-month anniversary of the Commencement Date or (b) the first date on which Employee is employed by another employer and is eligible to participate in a health plan of Employee's new employer.
Benefit Period. The period beginning on Employee's Termination Date and ending on the first to occur of (a) the second third anniversary of the Commencement Date or (b) the first date on which Employee is employed by another employer and is eligible to participate in a health plan of Employee's new employer.
