Benefit Plan

Benefit Plan. Or "Benefit Plans" means employee benefit plans as defined in Section 3(3) of ERISA and all other employee benefit practices or arrangements, including, without limitation, any such practices or arrangements providing severance pay, sick leave, vacation pay, salary continuation for disability, retirement benefits, deferred compensation, bonus pay, incentive pay, stock options or other stock-based compensation, hospitalization insurance, medical insurance, life insurance, scholarships or tuition... reimbursements, maintained by the Company or to which the Company or any of its subsidiaries is obligated to contribute for employees or former employees of the Company and its subsidiaries. Benefit Plan. Means an "employee benefit plan" (as defined in ERISA) that is subject to Title I of ERISA, a "plan" as defined in Section 4975 of the Code or any entity whose assets include (for purposes of U.S. Department of Labor Regulations Section 2510.3-101 or otherwise for purposes of Title I of ERISA or Section 4975 of the Code) the assets of any such "employee benefit plan" or "plan."

Benefit Plan. Any (i) employee benefit plan as defined in Section 3(3) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended; (ii) cafeteria plan described in Code Section 125; (iii) plan, policy or practice providing for paid vacation, other paid time off or short- or long-term profit sharing, bonus or incentive payments; or (iv) stock option, stock purchase,... restricted stock, phantom stock, stock appreciation right or other equity-based compensation plan that is sponsored, maintained or contributed to by the Company for the benefit of employees (and/or their families and dependents) generally or you (and/or your family and dependents) in particular, including, without limitation, any of the Stock Incentive Plans. Benefit Plan. Means any Plan that is sponsored, maintained or contributed to or required to be contributed to by Netzee or to which Netzee is a party, or with respect to which Netzee has any other similar or comparable obligation or liability (fixed, contingent or otherwise), whether written or oral, for the benefit of any Business Employee.

Benefit Plan. Each vacation pay, sick pay, retirement, pension, profit sharing, welfare, medical, dental, disability, life insurance, deferred compensation, incentive compensation, stock issuance and option or other employee benefit plan, program or arrangement of any kind or nature whatsoever, if any.

Benefit Plan. Shall mean each vacation pay, sick pay, retirement, welfare, medical, dental, disability, life insurance or other employee benefit plan, program or arrangement.

Benefit Plan. Means all contracts, plans, arrangements, policies, and understandings providing for any compensation or benefit other than base wages or salaries that are maintained by a Person or affect either its employees or independent contractors, regardless of whether defined as an "employee benefit plan" under ERISA or subject to any provision of ERISA, including, without limitation: all pension, profit-sharing, retirement, thrift, 401(k), ESOP, and other similar plans and... arrangements (defined benefit and defined contribution); all health and welfare, disability, insurance (including self-insurance), workers' compensation, supplemental unemployment, severance, vacation, and similar plans and arrangements; and all bonus, stock option, incentive compensation, stock appreciation rights, phantom stock, overtime guaranty, employment contract, employee handbook, and other similar plans or arrangements. Benefit Plan.
