Benefit Plans. All employee welfare and pension benefit plans, programs and/or arrangements offered by the Company to its senior executives.

Benefit Plans. Any type of health care benefit provided either directly by Client to its customers, including insured, health maintenance organization or self-insured plans, or through administrative services contracts between Client and other payors, including those with employers, third party administrators, affiliates and subsidiaries.
