Example Definitions of "Benefit"
Benefit. Means, collectively, a Participant's Deferred Benefit, Match Benefit, Special Benefit, and Tool Kit Benefit.
Benefit. The benefit to which Executive is entitled under the terms of the Agreement as provided on Exhibit A
