Best Efforts

Best Efforts. The commercially reasonable efforts that a prudent Person desirous of achieving a result would use in similar circumstances to ensure that such result is achieved as expeditiously as reasonably possible

Best Efforts. The efforts that a reasonably prudent person, desirous of achieving the results intended in this Agreement, would use in similar circumstances to ensure that the result is achieved as expeditiously as possible.

Best Efforts. The efforts, time, and costs that a prudent Person desirous of achieving a result would use, expend, or incur in similar circumstances to ensure that such result is achieved as expeditiously as possible; provided, however, that no such use, expenditure, or incurrence shall be required if it could reasonably be expected to have a material adverse effect on such Person or to require an expense of such Person in excess of $1,000,000.

Best Efforts. Best efforts in accordance with reasonable commercial practice and without the incurrence of unreasonable expense.

Best Efforts. The reasonable best efforts that a prudent person desirous of achieving a result would use in good faith in similar circumstances to ensure that such result is achieved as expeditiously as can reasonably be expected.

Best Efforts. Every necessary and prudent effort of a Party applied in a prompt, commercially reasonable manner, to the maximum extent reasonably allowed by such Party's available financial resources, taking into account all of such Party's business commitments for such financial resources.
