BG Employee

BG Employee. Means any Employee transferring to Purchaser as of the Closing that Purchaser will dismiss or give notice to dismiss by reason of redundancy within the sixty (60) days following the Closing Date; provided, however, that the aggregate number of BG Employees shall not exceed the number of Employees employed by Seller immediately prior to the Closing Date minus 14.
