BI KnowHow

BI KnowHow. Means all Know-How related to the Product and/or in the areas of quality assurance/ quality control (QA/QC), pharmaceutical science, process development or regulatory affairs that (a) is Controlled by BI prior to and during the term of this Agreement and (b) is necessary or useful to the development, registration or use of the Product.
