BIG CEDAR LODGE

BIG CEDAR LODGE. Shall mean that certain hotel facility located in Taney County, Missouri, which as of the date hereof is owned and operated by Big Cedar, which lodge is located on that certain property identified on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
