BioAtla Licensed Know-How. All Information Controlled by BioAtla or any of its Affiliates during the Collaboration Period that is necessary or useful for the identification, development, manufacture, or commercialization of CAB ACT Preparations or CAB ACT Treatments, only to extent that such Information is related to a CAB Directed to any Licensed Target, including Results and BioAtla Inventions but, excluding BioAtla's and its Affiliates' interest in Joint Inventions.
