Biopharmaceutical. Means any medicinal drug, therapeutic, vaccine or any medically useful composition whose origin, synthesis, or manufacture involves the use of microorganisms, recombinant animals (including, without limitation, chimeric or transgenic animals), nuclear transfer, microinjection, or cell culture techniques.
