BioTrends Agreement

BioTrends Agreement. Means the Distribution Agreement between ---------------------- Synbiotics and Bio-Trends International, Inc. ("Bio-Trends") dated February 7, 1990, as amended August 22, 1996. Bio-Trend's interest in the Bio-Trends Agreement was assigned to Intervet, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Intervet"), effective as of April 2000.
