Black-Scholes Valuation
Black-Scholes Valuation. Means the present value of an Option as of the date in question, calculated by means of the Black-Scholes option pricing model, so called, as calculated by a qualified financial analyst or compensation expert based on historical market price information and assumptions as to rates of interest and other factors which the Board believes are reasonable under the circumstances.
