BlackScholes Valuation. The Black-Scholes Valuation shall mean the economic value of one Stock Option that is calculated by taking into account the Date of Grant, Risk-Free Rate, Stock Option Term, Exercise Price and Volatility. The Black-Scholes calculation is based upon a European Call that takes into consideration dividend payments and shall be calculated as described on Schedule A.
