BLA/NDA. Means a Biologics License Application, as described in 21 C.F.R. 601, et seq., or any successor application thereto, or a New Drug Application, as defined in 21 C.F.R. 314, et seq., or any successor application thereto; including, in each case, amendments or supplements thereto.
