BMSMedarex Antibody

BMSMedarex Antibody. Means an Antibody derived from a BMS/Medarex Program. BMS/Medarex Antibody includes the antibody known as ipilimumab (also known as MDX-010). Notwithstanding the foregoing, BMS/Medarex Antibody shall not include any Antibody being developed or commercialized by Pfizer or its Affiliates pursuant to a Pfizer Program, including the Antibody known as CP-675,206.
