BNY Property. All hardware, software, systems, methods, source code, materials, designs, processes, samples, formulas, methodologies, schematics, information gathering or reporting techniques, know-how, technology and all other property commonly referred to as intellectual property owned by BNY and used by BNY in connection with its performance of the Services. BNY Property shall not include the data or content contained in reports, statements or other work product or deliverables provided to the Company.
