Board of Trustees. Shall mean the Board of Trustees of the Trust or any committee authorized by such Board of Trustees to perform any of its responsibilities with respect to the Series J Preferred Shares; provided that, for purposes of paragraph (a) of Section 8 of this Article, the term "Board of Trustees" shall not include any such committee.
