BOE Basis

BOE Basis. As used in this Agreement, the term "BOE Basis" shall mean in the case of crude oil, barrels of crude oil, and in the case of natural gas and natural gas liquids, quantities of natural gas and natural gas liquids translated into barrels of crude oil based on equal energy content.
