BOMA STANDARD

BOMA STANDARD. Means the American National Standard Method for Measuring Floor Area in Office Buildings, ANSI/BOMA Z65.1-1996 published by the Building Owners and Managers Association International. As a point of clarification, the floor area within the elevator lobby on any floor of the Building fully leased by Tenant shall be included in the calculation of Usable Area on such floor, and the BOMA Standard shall be so construed.
