Bond Offering Collateral. As used herein shall mean the collateral described on Exhibit A that is collateral under that certain Indenture, to be dated as of July 15, 2002 (the "Indenture") by and among OSM, certain Credit Parties named therein, and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee.
