Bonus Agreement

Bonus Agreement. Means a separate written agreement in the form of the bonus agreement attached as Exhibit A for the benefit of a Participant who is eligible for a bonus under this Program setting forth the terms and conditions of such Participant's right to an Individual Incentive Bonus.
