Bonus Award Formula

Bonus Award Formula. For a Performance Year, the methodology to be used to calculate the Bonus Award for each Participant, as set forth in the Bonus Formula Methodology for such Performance Year. Application of the Bonus Award Formula in the calculation of any Bonus Award shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan and the Bonus Formula Methodology for the applicable Performance Year.
