Bonus Compensation. Means any cash compensation earned by a Participant for services rendered by a Participant under any bonus or cash incentive plan maintained by the Company or an Affiliate.

Bonus Compensation. Means the bonus which a Participating Executive is entitled to receive but for the election by the Executive pursuant to this Plan to defer the receipt of all or a portion of the Executive's Bonus Compensation.
