Bonus Plan

Bonus Plan. This Alexza Pharmaceuticals, Inc. 2015 Cash Bonus Plan.

Bonus Plan. Shall mean a J. Jill incentive compensation plan, supplemental bonus plan or other bonus or supplementary compensation plan or arrangement applicable to the Executive.

Bonus Plan. Each bonus or incentive plan established by the Board during or with respect to the Employment Period in which senior executives are eligible to participate
