Bonus Pool

Bonus Pool. Shall mean an amount calculated based on the following: Pre-bonus Net Income multiplied by 14%.

Bonus Pool. Bonus Pool. Shall mean 5% of the Enterprise Value.

Bonus Pool. The pool of funds available for distribution to Participants. Subject to the terms of this Plan, the Administrator may establish one or more the Bonus Pools for each Performance Period, or may not establish any Bonus Pools.

Bonus Pool. Means the maximum amount available for distribution to all Participants under Section 4 of the Plan upon the consummation of a Corporate Transaction.

Bonus Pool. Means the maximum total Award that can be paid under the Plan, contingent upon the attainment of Performance Goals with respect to a Performance Period, as determined by the Committee.

Bonus Pool. An amount equal to 40 percent of Incentive Fees actually paid to Private Capital during the applicable Plan Year, determined and payable in accordance with Section 5 of the Plan. For purposes of clarity, a new Bonus Pool for each Fund shall be established with respect to each Plan Year, and amounts payable with respect to any Bonus Pool in one Plan Year shall not be added to the Bonus Pool established for subsequent Plan Years.
