Bonus Right

Bonus Right. Means the right to earn a bonus as provided for in Section 3 of this Plan which shall be subject to the terms of this Plan and the terms and conditions of the Bonus Rights Notice and such other agreements that the Board or the Compensation Committee may reasonably require.
