Bonus Rights Notice

Bonus Rights Notice. Means a written notice delivery by the Board or the Compensation Committee to a Participant evidencing the terms and conditions of his or her 6 individual Bonus Right. Each Bonus Rights Notice shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Plan except as otherwise provided in this Plan.
