Bonus Target

Bonus Target. The cash bonus centerpoint approved by the Human Resource and Compensation Committee of the Board ("HRCC"), or by the Company's Chief Executive Officer ("CEO), in the case of Executives who are not officers of the Company.

Bonus Target. The Annual Bonus that the Executive would have received in a fiscal year under the AIP Plan and/or the EIC Plan, if the target goals had been achieved.
