Example Definitions of "Borrower and Borrowers"
Borrower and Borrowers. Shall mean Haynes Parent and Haynes Wire, individually and collectively, and jointly and severally, except for purposes of Sections 1.25, 1.33, 1.41, 1.43, 1.45, 1.65, 1.95(a), 1.112, 2.1(b), 8.16, 9.6(a) (but only to the extent of the financial statements referenced therein), 9.17 and 9.18, where the references to Borrower shall mean only Haynes Parent.
