Borrower-Operator Agreement
Borrower-Operator Agreement. Any agreement relating to the operation of the Healthcare Facility by and between Borrower or Sublessor or Master Tenant (if at the time the Healthcare Facility is now or hereafter included in a Master Lease) and Operator, including any Operator Lease.
