Borrowers

Borrowers. The "Cayman Borrowers" and the Cayman Borrowers together with the US Borrower, the "Borrowers"

Borrowers. Shall mean each entity listed as a "Borrower" on the signature pages hereto, and in each case, their successors and assigns, including, without limitation, any receiver, trustee or debtor-in-possession on behalf of such person or on behalf of any successor or assign.
